Dr. Light, PhD
Chief Financial Officer

Dr. Light is responsible for executing all financial and administrative decisions, including providing supply-related support to our operational teams.Earning his PhD in Economics from University of Colorado, Dr. Light has been an integral part of the Dotworkz executive team.

Mr. Trinh
Chief Technology Officer

A strong leader with an aptitude for technology, Mr. Trinh looks over the Dotworkz' technology integration. He earned his B.S. in Information Technology and has extensive knowledge and experience in wireless hardware and enterprise level deployments. Mr. Trinh is also a specialist in most IP Video software. He is certified in many security industry technologies and brings with him over fifteen years of management experience.

Mrs. Jensen
Executive Team Leader

Mrs. Jensen is a graduate of San Diego State University and brings a natural energy to our management team. Dotworkz partners and team members have been able to rely on Mrs. Jensen for coordination, direction and the highest standards of leadership. Her ability to think quickly allows for company growth and business development.

Mr. Hilton
Product Development Manager

Mr. Hilton came to Dotworkz with a diverse business background and even stronger work ethic. Native to San Diego, Mr Hilton he holds a B.S. in Economics from Cal Polytechnic University with a parallel education in Electronics Technologies. Mr Hilton has directed his team through many industry leading products such as the D2, Cooldome and other advanced circuits designs.

Ms. Ferris is a graduate of Oregon State University with an emphasis on Business Management. Her focus on production quality, timelines and streamlining of process of the people in her staff. Her job is to create an environment that helps production team members become the best they can and at the same time creating the highest quality product in our industry. She is strong asset to the company and is destine to bring many exciting innovations to the security market.

Mr. Dirickson
IT Manager

Born in São Paulo, Brazil and educated in Computer Science with an emphasis on web technologies. Mr Dirickson brings a vast background in coupling live cameras to web interfaces. He is responsible for the Dotworkz group sites and is also one of our in house ONSSI software specialists. He is valuable team member who brings both knowledge, responsibility and team support to clients at every level.

Accounting Manager

Earning his degree in Accounting from San Diego State University, Mr. Conrado is responsible for financial operations and planning. Over the years with the company, Mr. Conrado has been influential in developing solid ethical accounting processes that have evolved with our fast steady growth.

Mr. Rosenbloom
Distrubuition Sales Manager

Steve is responsible for bringing the Dotworkz product line to market for our Government and Distribution partners. Steve graduated San Diego State University with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. Steve has served over 18 years with a large metropolitan police department. Steve became involved with the video surveillance industry while operating as Project Manager for his police department’s Crime Reduction Initiative utilizing video surveillance cameras. His interpersonal skills, integrity, and work ethic have been essential to developing long lasting business relationships.

Mrs. Solorzano
Controller

Mrs. Solorzano is a San Diego local and educated with an emphasis on accounting from the University of Phoenix. She brings over 10 years of controlling and directing experience. Mrs. Solorzano’s warm style and accuracy brings account management to a new level for Dotworkz. She is responsible for auditing and controlling open accounts with focus on results.

Mrs. Ganong
Customer Service Manager

A graduate in communications, Mrs. Ganong is our level one customer service manager. Her focus on customer care has earned numerous acknowledgment letters and many long term customers who depend on her friendly nature and attention to detail. She is an asset to our company and its continuing efforts to improve our service in the ever changing world of technology.
